Too expensive for even simple house door keys

I ordered 6 keys total, 3 of one and 3 of another. The ones cut in the kiosk worked perfectly. Unfortunately, the ones shipped to me did not work. The representative I spoke with apologized for the inconvenience and offered a refund for the 3 shipped to me. It was a very smooth process, and the representative was professional and emphatic the whole time. I returned to a kiosk the following day and tried again. Hopefully the next set of 3 keys ordered from them work this time!

I've been searching for a lock system for my business within the JC area. After dealing with a few companies that either were unfair in pricing and some who wouldn't call back or even show up for an estimate I contacted Tim and he showed up exactly at the appointment time, gave me a fair estimate, and even installed everything that day. He was even able to provide another service of evening securing my business even more. He is professional, honest, timely, and he keeps his word. I wouldn't recommend anyone else if you're looking for a locksmith.

Stopped in here to get 2 copies made of a key that doesn't allow duplicates without a letter of approval. They checked my letter, made the 2 copies and I was on my way. Nice and simple and pleasure to deal with. Friendly staff and cute dogs behind the counter.
